My brother has applied green card for my parents. After they get green card is it mandatory for them to stay in USA for 6 months otherwise is the Green card cancelled. Please reply.

Green Card = Permanent Resident Card = Primary residency is United States
This means, the Green Card holder must live in United states as the primary residency. So, living outside United states over 6 months would nullify the permanent residency permission(Green Card)
