Hi
I have H1 and entered US on H1 visa and worked for some time. I needed to return to India on emergency basis as my mother was sick. My employer did not approve my coming to India and he revoked my H1. Now my another employer want to send me on B1 visa to USA. I have still 2 years time in H1 visa If any other Employer want to transfer my H1 is it a problem because I entered USA on B1 in between. Please reply asap.
