Hi,
My H1B Visa was refused and they have given a white document mentioning refusal of Visa under 221G.
They returned my passport and the I-797.
Does they approve the Visa after providing the information they have asked for ?

I am in same situation. On 19th Aug I submitted documnets asked by them…Hoping for the best…
I went for stamping on 01 Aug 2014 in Hyderabad. And i was given 221g White slip no documents asked and was told administrative processing for the application and returned my passport and all the documents. Also told me they will call if they need anything.
When i track my Visa status it shows RFUSED and update date is 01 Aug 2014.
What is your status showing up???

My status is in “Admin Processing” right from first day…Write an email to providing your case details…Ask them about next step for you…All the best…
In USCIS website its mention 221g administrative process do not contact the embassy. Is it ok if im mail them regarding the status.
You can contact them asking how things will move forward…I don’t see anything wrong in it…

that never changed from the interview time…
it shows REFUSED and update date is 01 Aug 2014.
Hopefuly it should update by monday…
The white slip has following document as required:
- Copy of Petition with all supporting documents as filed with USCIS
- Detailed description of Project
- Complete itinerary of Services
