Reenter in US with valid OPT visa

I have valid OPT until March. F1 visa expired in July and I am in India.

I have job in US and my H1b approved. I didn’t take my I94 while leaving US Airport and right now I don’t have I94.

  1. So, what is the possibility to reenter in US.

  2. Can I reenter in US without I94 or I have to make a h1 stamp before reenter to US!

  3. I have a Zerox of I94 would be the suffiecient proof to reenter in US!

    Cannot enter USa with only your valid OPT card, you need to have a valid F1 visa too.

    Having your H1 approved, you must get it stamped to enter USA sometime next month not before that. You need a VALID VISA to enter USA
