I filed for F-1 visa renewal from my current university and got the dropbox appointment in December, 2022. Now, I got a job offer and also received my OPT. But these are not reflected in the DS-160 or visa application. Will it cause any issues?
No issues, your visa status is still considered F1 and you will your your F1 I-797 approval notice for visa renewal.

You can update the DS-160 page that says ‘Work/Education/Training Information’ in the ‘Present work information’ section with the job and employer related info.
More ideally you should direct such questions to your DSO to make sure you take action under their guidance.
Search this forum for DS-160 update and you will find threads on how to update DS-160 after it has been submitted.
