We replied new H1B RFE on 31st October, 2018. Since then it is showing “RFE Response Received”. My attorney follows up and I received an email from USCIS saying the below.
"
We will notify you when your case status changes. We last took action on your case on February 12, 2019."
We did not get any intimation from USCIS so far. What the above message means?
It just means that some status change happened on your case on Feb 12, 2019. It could be a decision or further processing internally. If it was a decision or request for something, there would have been a physical copy mailed to your attorney. If you are in time crunch, you are eligible for premium processing, you can consider doing that.
Thanks a lot. Its been 15 days, nobody attorney or employer have received any notification from USCIS so far. Does it mean internal processing or decision has already taken and hard copy is on the way?
Still my employer or attorney received any mail from uscis. Does it mean some internal change happened on my case? If so, what could it be?
