Received an RFE reg emp-emp relation

HI,

I filed my H1 on June 2, got my receipt on June 6 and unfortunately received a RFE on June 12. The rfe is mainly on missing emp-emp relations.

Please do suggest me how to go over this.

I am saying you , don’t need to do anything> The E&E relationship has to be proved by your employer. Pls talk to your employer, abt what they are doing abt it.

The employer will have to demonstrate how they would control your daily/weekly activities and tasks at the client site. Unless they show this to USCIS’s satisfaction, petition will not get approved.

Hi Saurabh,
Despite of all these things, I have one full time opportunity where I am almost selected. So please suggest me which would be the best way. My employer still didn’t reply for my RFE and I have this new full time offer. My OPT expires on May 31,2013.
Please do suggest me.
