Received 221g email L1A Chennai dropbox

I got an email with 221g asking for email PDF - New Petition with Petition ID.
Do you have any idea what is this document, are they asking to file again Petition or asking for current i797B in email PDF copy?

Documents submitted with passport, I797B and DS160 at visa dropbox appointment. status changed to Refused and got this email today.

Seems like the I-129 L1 petition and I-797 approval notice.
Ideally you must work with your employer’s immigration lawyer for 221g.
