Hi,
Recently I had applied for extension along with my dependent (H4) I-539. Both got approved and got the I-797A approval notices in July which are valid from Oct-2017 to Sep-2020 and I-94 till Oct-2020.
But last week I got another I-797A for my dependent (H4), which has only 1 day validity (21-Jul-2017) and I-94 till Jul-2020.
I am not sure why I got 2 approval notices for dependent with different dates and which one is correct. I raised a query with USCIS and waiting for response.
Did anyone faced this kind of scenario, please let me know?
