I am working for a company A and My H1B Visa And I -94 Extension is in Progress, the Current status of my petition is Initial review ,in meantime My allocation date ends from my current project in company A by 07,June 2013.Please clarify me whether the Relocation LCA can be posted(for same company A) while my petition is in process if its not possible please advice me in the alternative plan.
