In feb 2024 my h1b location change amendment was approved, but uscis didn’t send us the physical copy of approval notice. My attorney filed for a duplicate using I-824 on April 2024, but its is still in received state on Jan 2025. I have a valid visa and physical copy of previous valid approval notice. Will there be problem on re-entry, I thought of waiting until I get the duplicate, but I-824 processing times are showing 16.5 months in Vermont center.
