I received RFE on Aug 14th…
This week my employer submitted RFE respnse in premium processiing mode…
USICS site shows status as Initial review and 15 day PP started…
Ideally it should have shown RFE Response review isnt it ?
Kindly let me know if this is something weird ,… as I have seen few cases where H1b was denied after status change to IR…
My RFE was for client letter and SOW… which we submitted…

i have same case…i submitted my RFE and status changed to RFE Response review. But mine is not in premium processing mode. So i believe in premium processing mode, once you submit RFE response it changes to Initial review. So you are good. All the best.

USCIS recevied my response on Sept 5th and i got approval yesterday Spet 18th …
