Hi,

Do we get F1 CPT visa from INDIA. As one of the consultancy telling that they can provide full time work 40 hours per week. I am in daliamma to go ahead or not.

Please provide the correct information on F1 CPT VISA.

Do we get work approval before getting the F1 VISA.

If you are full-time working on CPT, when will you study?

Companies don’t have any control over CPT. Universities issue CPT, and yes there are schools that misuse this provision.
