I have applied for my spouse’s EAD card and the application is still under process. If I change employers now, Will the pending application get rejected? Also, Can I reapply for her EAD after transferring over to my new employer in case this application gets rejected? I have an approved I-140 with my current employer which was approved last April.
H4 EAD has nothing to do with H1B employer so yes you can do a change of employer and the EAD application can keep processing. At most USCIS may send RFE to submit copy of your I-797 with the new employer.
