- My Spouse Use to be on H4 Status and was working on H4 EAD last year (which is valid till 2021)
- Her employer also applied for Fresh H1 with COS in April.
- Meanwhile I have applied for H1 transfer and along with it applied for my spouse H4 Transfer/Extension as well in September.
- In Jan 1st week , Her fresh H1 got approved and status must have changed from H4 to H1.
- And before we send to withdraw H4 Transfer Application, Her H4 trasfer/extension is also approved now. Yet to receive the H4 Approval notice.
Questions:

I am confused now to what status do she hold now ? is it H1 or is it changed back to H4 ? while applying for H4 transfer/extension we just requested for extension of status but not change of status , but still it got approved. Does it mean it is approved but status not changed ? or status is also changed to H4 from H1 ?

Also in case if the status is changed back to H4 from H1 , since She has an EAD card already which is valid till 2021, my understanding is i can use that EAD card to work since the status is changed back to H4 and have i9 verification again done with H4 EAD.
Please let us know as we are confused about this whole situation.
