I am on L1 B and have applied for H1B through a different company through COS.
Now my company is planning to file my GC.
what will have to my L1 status incase I get selected in the lottery and get my H1B through COS.I learnt from where that my L1 status will not be valid and I will haveto switch to H1 immediately ( 1st Oct).
Is there anyway to hold on my H1B so I can get my GC filing done
