Question On my Total Years in US

Hi,

I have stayed almost 3.5 Yrs in US and i stayed around 334 days and 329 days between these Years in India. My Question is will my Total years (6Yrs) in US will be reset based on those days in India or as I didn’t stayed in India for complete 1Year so all my US stay dates will be counted for the Total Limit of 6Yrs.

Your clock is reset if:

  1. You stay outside US physically for more than 365 days at stretch

  2. You apply for cap-subject petition after satisfying #1.
