I have an approved H1B petition and I-94 valid till 30th Sept, 2016 from Company-A. This was an L1 to H1B COS (I do not have H1B stamping yet). Now, I have received a job offer and applied for transfer with Company-B. The transfer application (regular processing) is submitted on 22 April, 2016 and I am expecting the receipt by next week. I am planning to switch to new employer on 9th May, 2016.
My questions is: What happens if Company-A withdraw H1B petition during H1B transfer (after 9th May, 2016)?
