I am filling ds-160 myself H1B for drop box visa appointment in March and I am in USA now. We have child who is U.S citizen and he is in india now. So what I should be answering to this question.

do you have any immediate relatives not including parents in the us? Yes or No.

Child and spouse is your family, so you can answer ‘NO’ if no immediate relative like your siblings.
