Question about Interview Consulate

Hi All,

Iam from India, Chennai and currently residing in Dubai.

I applied for H1B visa from dubai and its approved and i submitted my DS 160 to chennai consulate and i also scheduled my interview.

However when i received my original petition from employer, i saw the consulate name is Dubai on the petition.

Is that okay, i attend the interview in chennai?

Yes, i was able to attend the interview in chennai and got stamped

although consulate name is Dubai on the my petition.
