Query regarding ds 160 form (need a bit help)

I have h1b approved. I am applying first time for h1b. I need answers for two of my queries,

  1. Should i mention my diplomas and certificates in my ds 160 form. Or should i just mention the bachelors degree?

  2. Should i mention all my previous employers? like i have three employers. So should i mentino three of them?
