query on immigrant petition filed - ds form 160

Below is one of the question from DSForm160. Can you please help me answer this?

Question:Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services?

My previous employer had issued h1b in 2008 which is now “cancelled without prejudice”.

So, should my answer be “Yes”?

The answer is No. If the employer has applied I-140 for you, then only the answer should be Yes.
