I work for an IT Company and have an approved H1-B Petition from the year 2014. At the time my petition was approved I was in Germany (and currently in Europe too with the same company). Since I have not taken any further steps in H1 B Visa processing (since I was working in Germany) so what are potential options now if I want to work in States in coming days?

If I switch to a new employer in India (or in Germany), will my petition still remain valid?

Is there any remote possibility to find a Job in the US from Germany? I have a good skillset & experience and at the moment there are a lot of jobs in State on my domain but Visa wise is it possible?
