I need Checklist of documents.I worked in India for 6+ years in software. Now in US on H4. Its been 2 years without job.
My H1B lottery is picked in 2020. what are the list of documents i need to be ready with for the H1B petition ?I know attorney will information but there will be less time due to Corona Pandemic.
Can anyone provide me the checklist of documents needed from a candidate for H1B petition for my case?
