Hello,Currently, I am a Graduate student with F1- post completion OPT status until Next January. Before applying to OPT in September, I realized that my program code is 51.2314 which is not eligible for STEM. Even though my program is No1 rated by USA today 2015 edition, i.e MS-Health Information System with Registered Health Information Administrator option. I have made conversation with international service and my college, no one seems to be interested to change the program code, but my program costed more than $65000. Moreover, it will not to be not helping to my status, since I have graduated with the above program code. Yet, I have this question for this blog, if some one went through same kind of situation and had a happy ending to your story. So that I can help prospective students. If anyone of you have input to come over this hurdle?(having STEM degree but suffering because of program code). That would be wonderful and appreciate your time. Thank you very much.
