Profile issue in new portal


I have created my profile at and am able to see my scheduled appointment for November 2023(scheduled through an old portal).

In the new profile, I am not able to see reschedule option and some other options on the left side of the portal. I suspect I entered the wrong passport issue place after creating my new profile. Now I am not able to change the passport issue place.

Is it possible to change the passport issue place at the time of dropbox location? There will be no change in passport number or expiry date.

Do I have to cancel my application and create new one? I already paid the fees for h1 and h4.I have not submitted my DS-160 yet,

Please help.
