i am actually hearing a lot of things about EAD that once we apply we get it in 2 years and then another 3 years to get GC, Just an estimate and it’s for Eb2 India. Could you guys please respond as I know we have to wait till the date gets current ? If so then my PD date is sept 2012 Eb2 India , how will I get my EAD in 2 years ? As current PD is 2008? I think my concept about GC is incorrect … Please help…
