Process for H4 visa application for Wife and Child

I got my passport h1b visa and in india

now i want to apply for H4 visas for my Wife and Child.


-Do my child require physical apperance at fingeprint and at Visa interview ?

-do i need to be with my family while they appear for Visa interview ?
