Procedure for h1b visa for offshore working Indian citizens

I am working in dubai as software developer ,I would like to apply h1b visa from dubai. can i know what are process for h1b. Basically i am a Indian citizen

As as far i know,

  1. If your company can apply H1B thats quite easy

  2. if not, U need to select an employer based in US and if your Technology is great chances some good employers they do on their own( which u find rarely). In most of the cases u need find from your friend reference the employers who can file for u ( of course there is H1B fees that needs to be paid from your end and misc).

  3. Once ur picked in Lottery, Petition approval stamping and goes on…
