problem in H4 to H1b Visa transfer when my spouse is making H1B transfer

Recently I have applied for H4 to H1B visa transfer.

My question is if my husband make a H1B transfer in the mean time, will it have any impact on my H1B approval??

Please clear my doubt…

It should be fine. As long as your spouse remains in valid H-1 status, you don’t need to worry.
