Previous Petition filing record in latest Petition form

Hi,

I’m through Lottery process this year and I would like to know if there is any column where we need to mention about previous petition rejections while submitting documents.

My petition was rejected two years back with company (ABC) other than applied with this time (XYZ).

XYZ Company didn’t ask me about previous rejection/denial and I too didn’t tell them while applying.

Will this effect my processing case?

In DS-160 form you have to mention about previous visa stamping denials. Petition denials are not required to be mentioned.

Thanks Saurabh…When we need to submit DS-160? is it before lottery process or at time of stamping?

DS-160 needs to be completed prior to stamping - it is part of stamping process.
