Hi I have a question. What if the prevailing wage corresponding to my h1b LCA changes during h1b approval or even after. Can I ask employer to pay as per revised wage level.
The reason why I’m asking this is that my LCA was filed this year before 30jun2022. But right after, wages are changed drastically.
Please let me know your thoughts on this.
And yes, my visa has not approved yet.
