I’m on 4 th year of my H1B, and maxing out in Feb 2022.
My Prevailing Wage Request was filed in July/19 for the PERM.
It’s still pending and meanwhile the recruitment process is started.
Does it usually take this long for Prevailing Wage Determination? I heard it usually takes 2-6 months.
As i still need to go through Labor Certification, I-140 Immigrant Petition and I-485 Adjustment of Status is the 2 years time good enough.
