My company filed my prevailing wage in July 2020. Now recently they told me that they need to reapply as the application was processed after 8th Oct and my wages were less that new level 2.
Attorneys of my company are not easily reachable and I am hopeful to hear something from you to take the decision of waiting for this process again or to switch the job.
My question is
- I think the wage change rule is now stopped by the court is that right?
- If Q 1 is right then is there any way to get the PWD done without reapplication and waiting for so long?
- What about the PWD application fell in between oct8th to Dec 1st? Will they need revised wages or old wages now?
