I have applied H1B amenment in premium processing and status is RFE but now its 10 days still i didnt receive RFE details.So whom should i contact for RFE details as my attorney are saying we didnt receive email yet?
Can anyone suggest because its very urgent to travel in 10 days as my project live date is in april end.
The attorney should follow-up w/ USCIS about this.
I received my RFE details today, I have been asked for employer-employee relationship what is that ?
They want to ascertain that your employer still controls what you do at the client site. For example, how do they control what your tasks would be, how will they keep track etc. Ask your employer about how to respond in your specific case.
