We have applied H4 COS (H1b->H4) for my husband In August 2020 Vermont center. I have heard premium processing for H4 is also approved. Last I heard from my attorney that USCIS has still not started premium processing for H4. Please let me know what is the current status and what is the fastest way to get the H4 visa approval.
