Can employer upgrade to premium processing after filing and after getting the receipt notice? This is for an Out of cap processing . How long does it take to get the decesion of approval or rejection after upgrading to premium ?
Yes, a case can be upgraded to premium processing after getting the receipt and it usually takes up to 15 calendar days to get the decision after USCIS confirms the premium processing request

How long USCIS usually takes to confirm the premium request . USCIS has confirmed the receipt of premium upgrade documents on 13th May. The case status is not updated as premium upgraded yet.
In my scenario, I got the decision before even receiving any acknowledgment, so not sure on this.
