My company had upgraded my H1b application to premium on July 26th. I just heard back from my attorney. Seems Like the companies A/P department had issued some checks which were voided and one of them turned out to be my check sent to USCIS for an upgrade to Premium. She says she is waiting to hear back from the Burlington Finance center on how to proceed further. But she has no idea on how long will the burlington finance center take to respond back. Has any of you faced this issue before. Please let me know,really need your help.
