Currently i am on extension at a company A filed by my employer. If i get an RFE and the client is not able to get me a End client letter and my employer is willing to file an LCA in other location for company B can I proceed or is there a risk…Please help me with the info
Yes, they can try to do that - get another LCA and send it as response to RFE along w/ other client related documents. There is always a risk and it will be the officer’s discretion.
