Dear Advisor,
Recently, I have seen my case status for H1B. It says, “we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER.” Again it says, “for approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State.”
Does it mean my visa has been approved? Or still there is any process left? Does it have to get clearance from National visa center?
Please advise.
