Post-completion OPT EAD revoked

Hi

Situation summary -

  1. Was working on post-completion OPT EAD in a company
  2. Forgot to update SEVIS with employment details
  3. USCIS sent a letter in October to tell about their intention to revoke work authorization because of this. Very unfortunately, did not get this letter.
  4. Came to know about this only on getting work authorization revocation letter later. So currently ot-of-status.

Anyone in same or similar situation?
