I live in pennsauken, nj. I am in l2 visa with valid EAD card. can i work in dunkin donuts shop ? they dont know about EAD card. they knows only about green card. they said i can work there only with green card. please confirm me anyone
You can show them the EAD card which gives you work authorization. The shops are usually owned by franchises who may not know about all the immigration employment rules. Ask them if you can talk to their HR or attorney and they would understand.
