I have few questions regarding US entry.
I had 5 year student visa for US and was completed on 16th July 2012. I have applied for h1 on 15th of April 2012. I have OPT Card (valid until January 2013). I have work in US and I came here in IND on 22nd of June and trying to go back via London on 16th July. So, at London airport they caught me and told me that your visa is valid until today so we have to investigate on that. After that they called to BOSTON immigration department and found that my h1 got approved on same date. So, Boston immigration department told them that his OPT is valid but now he is no more student so he need to make a stamp of h1 on his passport. So, I returned from London to AMD, India.
So, what is the possible way to reenter in US.
Should I enter with OPT card in US! What is the procedure for h1 stamping in Bombay!
If I got h1 stamp than when I can able to go to US! I have client letter and employer letter.
