Possibility of Visa interview @ US if H1B Petition approved in India

Hi

My husband holds H1B and myself H4 visa right now. We both are in US. My Indian employer filed my H1B petition and it got approved.

I would like to know if there is any way that I can appear for visa interview in US without going back to India?

Also, if my H1B gets approved will my existing H4 visa gets rejected / automatically cancelled?

Check with your petitioner if they filed with COS since you are already in US they might have taken copy of I-94 stating you are already in US. in this case you don’t need to go for stamping just your I-94 will get change
