Hi,
I am working for a small product company whose headquarters is in Texas. My H-1B is processed mentioning Texas as my work location. The company now wants me to work in another location in California and booked the flight tickets to San Francisco.
I asked my company attorney to file a new LCA and H-1B amendment for this location change. My company attorney is saying he can file new LCA as soon as I have my local address in San Francisco and gave me a letter stating the above.
Whether I will face any problems at POE? Highly appreciate If I get any quick reply.
