hi guys, my problem is ,i got 60 in Toefl IBT for the 3 time, i was looking in MBA addmssions in USA universities and mostly they require 79 and above for MBA ,but they offer those english programs of ELS for students under normal , for 12 week,so i m scared if i apply for F1 visa and the consulat refuse to give me F1 Visa because of this els english program.plz someone tell me do they give F1 visa for those who must study this english programs that linked with MBA studies or not ?
