PIO card on Basis of valid I-94 status with visa expired

Hi All.



I have query regarding PIO card, my visa and my wife’s visa is going to be expire in sept and nov( both are on L1B ) , but our i-94 is valid till Aug 2015 , .we are not going for extension as my wife is expecting baby in nov ,wanted to know , will this have any effect on PIO card ? Or valid i-94 status is sufficient for PIO card in case visa expired ?



Any guidance help on above issue will be highly appreciated .

Hello Rohit, I am also in same situation. could you please let me know if you have got the PIO of your new born. did they consider I94 as valid visa proof.
