On my i94 which I downloaded from the DHS website (I94 - Official Website) has an expiration date of 09/30/2023.
However my firm filed a timely extension in June 2023 and I have an updated I797A, where my i94 was renewed till 09/30/2026.
The i94 number on the I797A and the online portal is the same.
Does this satisfy the Pilot Program requirement.
