my petition got filed on 30 th may,2012.But have not received petition # from USCIS yet…my question is,is it really take ds much of time after filling d petition to get d id??what can be done from my end.please suggest.I am in touch with my employer.dy are saying dt i will be automatically notified once i got the id.
Receipt numbers should have been sent out by now. Is your employer hiding it for some reasons?
File # are issued within 15 days of submission. Some employers are not disclosing it to employees. May be they will intimate you once a decision is made on your petition. You employer might have recieved a hard copy of acknowledgement long back. pls try asking your employer…
