Pet expired but visa valid

Hey my visa is filed as Technical Test Lead, Got the visa till vallid till 15 September 2015 . Later, as I was promoted as project manager my company filed amendment. Amendment was valid till feb 26, 2014. With the amended petition and visa I travelled to USA.

Got I-94 which is vallid till 15 September 2015 . 

 

In USA extn was applied on the amendment. My extension petition  rejected by USCIS today. Need to get some suggession from you regarding this.

 

So my situation is valid visa and i94; but extn rejected

It appears there was weakness in the amendment and becomes basis for extension rejection. You are authorized to work till 9-2015. In the meantime, are you able to share reasons for extension denial? Are you or company using a lawyer? The lawyer must be inexperienced and you must help him / her mount a suitable defense.
